we went to this restaurant around dinner time. We spent a total about 1 hour and 30 minutes in there, mostly waiting for food. One dish took 1 hour to come out, and when asking the waitresses about it there was some attitude that was given to us. The attitude came mostly from one waitress, we had another that was very nice. They had the wrong prices on the menu and charged us about 10% more. Overall service felt passive aggressive, took too long, and just wasn’t a pleasurable experience. Food was good though, not enough to offset the bad service.
View on GoogleLunch review Food 2/5: Korean food for Japanese You have a choice of how spicy, but even level 3 makes you barely break a sweat. Kimchi serving not existent. the sides disappointing bland. When I was there 12:30 they were out of brown rice Service 2/5: unfriendly for Japanese standards Value 3/5: Little waiting time and only Korean option in this building Conclusion: Shinagawa is awash with Korean joints => Find another one

View on GoogleLunch seems good. Dinner has few items, and it's hard to order because it's centered on menus for 2 people. Korean-style offal hot pot, I thought I would definitely add a finish, but in the end, I didn't add it at all. Maybe because I drank too much water. It would be nice if the spiciness could be adjusted at the table. If I go next time, it's lunch, but I think Shin Ramyun at home might be better. Do people who like Korean style have other pleasures? The song is playing.
