A Tokyo classic that blends French technique with Japanese seasonality. Uni pasta glides rich but stays bright, roast pork with grain mustard carries proper sear, and the famous fruit tart reads buttery, not heavy. Lunch is best value. Wines tilt Old World. Service is polite, a little old-school. Tables are tight; counter seats feel cozy, price are fair.
View on GoogleThe service was extremely disappointing. The foreign black male staff member who took my order barely made eye contact and immediately gave an uncomfortable impression. After receiving my burger and fries, I asked a Japanese staff member for mayonnaise. The same staff member then came to my table and stated very clearly that mayonnaise was not available. Less than five seconds later, the Japanese staff brought me mayonnaise anyway. He walked away without any apology or explanation. This situation reflects either intentional behavior or a serious lack of professionalism. The staff member did not appear new, which makes the interaction even more concerning. The food itself is average and not memorable. There is nothing that motivates me to return, except for the terrace view, which is the only positive point of this place. Overall, this experience was disappointing and below acceptable service standards.
View on GoogleLocation is brilliant! One of the best cafe diner where you can see greens at outdoor terrace in the tree lined avenue. Food is a bit pricy but it worth it with the scenery. It’s super popular, so you should come when it opens otherwise you will wait long time to get in.
View on GoogleNice place to enjoy on the patio. Foods are good enough. Staff was kind and very supportive. Pasta was quite outstanding among lunch menu. A bit pricy but fine.
View on GoogleThis restaurant is situated at the perfect place, at the entrance of the famous Ginkgo tree road. At every season, it shows the taste of season. Authentic French, with unique twist, you won’t regret coming here!
