Okay, so I checked out KAZUSAYA in Shiba – it’s pretty easy to find near Shibakoen Station. It was surprisingly quiet, just about half full when I went past noon. I ordered the pork loin cutlet curry and some fried oysters, and the oysters were genuinely huge and really tasty. The curry was good too, though a little different than what I expected, more like a stewed cutlet curry. Prices were a bit higher than I anticipated, which might explain why it wasn’t packed. Maybe a little more advertising would help! Overall, a solid spot for a Western-style lunch if you're a meat fan.

View on Google「KAZUSAYA」 is a restaurant in the Shibakoen shopping street. At lunchtime, it serves pork loin cutlets, Hamburg steaks, hayashi rice, ginger-fried pork loin, and other typical neighborhood Western-style dishes. I ordered vegetable curry that day. All set meals come with soup and salad. Just when you think the vegetable curry is sweet, a pleasant heat gradually follows. The seasonal fried oysters come with 3 large oysters and are quite substantial.
View on GoogleHamburg steak lunch, 1 ,500円. Both the Hamburg steak and the cabbage accompaniment were refined. For this quality in this area, it's a very good lunch. The Hamburg steak came with demi-glace sauce, but the flavor wasn't too heavy. The salad dressing was soy sauce-based and light, with a fair amount of originality. I think it's relatively unusual for a Hamburg steak to come with mustard, but a little dab goes surprisingly well with it. It was busy at lunchtime, so I shared a table, but the service was efficient and polite. It was an elegant restaurant, just like its exterior.
View on GoogleI dropped in on a whim while passing by. While many restaurants were crowded with queues, this one was only about half full, so I got in right away despite it being past 12. I ordered 2 fried oysters and 1 croquette(1,250円), and after a short wait, my order arrived with consommé soup and rice. The fried oysters were quite large and pretty tasty. The rice was delicious too and seemed to be good-quality rice. I don't think it's a bad restaurant at all, but perhaps it was quiet because the prices are a little high?
