Been here twice now and both experiences were very good. For lunch I had the bowl set with soup, drink, and dessert. The soup is very refreshing with distinct yet subtle ginger notes. The dessert I chose contained lots of fruit as well as some mochi, jelly, and a small scoop of match ice cream. It was all very good. For breakfast a different day I tried the Ochazuke and was quite pleased. I've never had a dosh quite like it. I don't know what all the condiments were but enjoyed trying different combinations. It felt like a very nutritious way to start to my day. My husband got the souffle pancake which he enjoyed.
View on GoogleI was drawn to this place because the food looked so unique and interesting. At first glance, it seems like a typical matcha café, but they actually serve a variety of matcha-based dishes and desserts, which made the experience even more special. I tried the set menu, which included seared bonito, a boiled whitebait rice ball, a cup of matcha, and a very unique ginger milk soup with a pinch of salt. The soup was surprisingly good—savory, warming, and full of comforting flavor. The rice bowl came with three different ways to enjoy it, and each method brought out different flavors. The first way was to pour in the matcha sauce—a rich, savory matcha with a strong aroma, which added an elegant twist. The second was to add miso soup, giving it a more hearty and comforting taste. The third was to mix in pickled wasabi and seaweed, which brought a fresh and tangy contrast. It reminded me a bit of Singapore’s thunder tea rice, but with a matcha spin. I especially loved the addition of perilla leaves and toasted sesame, which gave the bowl an extra layer of fragrance and complexity. For dessert, I had the mitsumame topped with bean jam, matcha ice cream, and fruits. It was absolutely delicious—the matcha ice cream was rich and smooth, and the fruits soaked in matcha syrup gave a refreshing, slightly earthy sweetness that tied everything together beautifully. Overall, a very unique and satisfying experience—perfect for matcha lovers looking to try something beyond the usual.
View on GoogleI didnt try their food but their matcha latte was super flavourful and had a good bit of bitterness, it was perfect for me. I loved the fact they also brought me a glass of free green tea together with the matcha latte I ordered. All the staff were friendly, too. I would deffo come back here, for sure.
View on GoogleVisited there in weekday evening. The matcha dessert was good but it's a bit pricy. The order is done through QR code which is nice 👍
View on GoogleCame on a Tuesday morning, fairly empty and quiet. Nice place, good quality matcha. Typical taste and price for Japan. So it was good but I wouldn’t say extraordinary. Ordered an iced matcha latte (858 yen). They also gave free matcha water/cold brew (?). Not sure what it was but that was nice. Service was good.
