What made this experience even more memorable was the outstanding hospitality. Every single staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed with such warmth and kindness throughout the evening. I would also like to give a special thank you to Ms. Chuhan, the wonderful public relations representative from China. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, helping us throughout our entire dining experience with such professionalism and a genuine smile. She truly made us feel comfortable and well taken care of from beginning to end. A huge round of applause as well to all of the chefs and the entire team for creating such an unforgettable evening. Their dedication, hospitality, and attention to every detail made this one of the most enjoyable sushi experiences I’ve had in Tokyo. Reserve through Tabelog app! The food was really good… Definitely worth it. I also appreciated our servers being friendly (we’re clearly tourists) and so attentive as we kept adding more sushi orders. We initially saw this restaurant just walking the street, but they were busy and needed a reservation. I reserved for 6PM on a Tuesday, so they were able to attend to us faster as there were only about four couples being served at the time. I saw they had these nice semi private booths, so I’m looking forward to taking our kids with us next time. Really good food! Reserve your table. You won’t regret it.

What a wonderful sushi experience! The quality of the ingredients was outstanding, and every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. You can tell that a lot of care and passion goes into every course. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, making it a great place for both special occasions and a relaxing dinner. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I truly enjoyed every moment of the meal and would happily recommend Itamae Sushi Hanare to anyone visiting Akasaka. I look forward to returning in the future!

Taji-San is a master of making a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, he told me some recipes and origin of food, helped me with deciding which particular dish I would like to try. I got 2 times seasoned gourd, 2 sets of tuna sashimi and 1 sea eal. Never had anything tastier in my life. And for that I am forever grateful
