The food is okay but staff are terrible. No matter how kindly or politely you talk to the staff, they treat you very poorly. There was a fork missing on the table and when I asked for it the staff threw it at the table. Even when you try to give them feedback about the service, they don’t seem to care slightest bit. I chose this place for a loved one’s birthday and this place had nothing but bitter memories for us. I truly feel discriminated. Anyways, NOR RECOMMENDED at all!
View on GoogleMy company occasionally books places like this for company drinking parties. This one is one of the more middle of the road spots. Although it says "Italian" bar, there is nothing particularly Italian about it. Yes, you can get a spaghetti-like pasta dish, but most of their drinks and dishes are not really Italian-theme. For example, they served us something like fish and chips with honey mustard sauce, which was really good, but not al all Italian. Not a bad place, but in the Shinagawa area there are much better spots.
View on GoogleWouldn’t serve us despite it being moderately full. Other Japanese guests were taken in.
View on GoogleI thought this place is wonderful! They had beer and very delicious and comfortable atmosphere.
View on GoogleI think it's a bit difficult to order by using QR code due to the PC type of menu directory even after COVID. We had slices of ham and mussels steamed in wine with white/red wines, which was good but I was wondering if the restaurant could recommend pairing wine or preferences with dishes.
