伊勢久 is a long-established soba and udon restaurant a 1-minute walk from 泉岳寺 Station, loved by locals and businesspeople for its relaxed atmosphere and affordable prices. Its specialties are fragrant homemade soba and carefully prepared dashi, offering an easygoing way to enjoy authentic Japanese food. Recommended dishes include smooth 「もりそば」, flavorful 「天ぷらそば」, warm 「かき揚げうどん」, and sets paired with rice bowls. Seasonal specials are also popular. Nearby attractions include 泉岳寺, famous for its connection to the Akō loyalists, 高輪ゲートウェイ Station, and the 高輪 area, which retains traces of the Edo period. It is recommended as a place to enjoy traditional flavors after a historical stroll.

Lunch at 「伊勢久」, right in front of 高輪ゲートウェイ Station, with its charming traditional appearance. I visited around 12, and it was lively with office workers who seemed to work nearby—exactly the atmosphere of a 「beloved neighborhood soba shop」. 【What I had this time】 Special set (mini katsudon + mini mori soba): 1,100円 It may be called 「mini」, but don't underestimate it. A large serving of soba is free, so I asked for one, and what arrived was a substantial portion bigger than a regular serving! A fantastic service for anyone wanting to fill up. 【Thoughts on the flavors】 Katsudon: Soft, runny egg and pronounced dashi, with a 「sweet and moist」 finish. Comforting, classic deliciousness—exactly the katsudon you expect from a soba shop. Soba: Smooth going down, with an excellent aroma. It paired perfectly with the dipping sauce, and even with the large portion I enjoyed it to the last bite without getting bored. 【Recommended points】 Easy access, just a short walk from 高輪ゲートウェイ Station. Unbeatable portions for the price (free large soba is a treat!). A relaxing interior with a good old Showa-era atmosphere. It gets crowded at lunchtime, but turnover is quick and satisfaction is very high. A place I would definitely recommend when you want a hearty meal to power through the afternoon.

Visited for lunch during training. There were ゆで次郎 and なか卯 nearby, but I wanted to go to a proper soba shop, so I came here. Well, it's an ordinary soba shop. It was full when I went at lunchtime. Seems everyone had the same idea. At lunch they seem to prepare orders in order, so it takes time.

I happened to drop in for lunch, but it was almost full inside, so I shared a table 😊 The lunch sets come with a free large noodle portion, and all the men were ordering it. I had the regular portion, but the set with katsudon filled me up 😅 The service was really good and the staff were pleasant, so I understood why this place is loved 😊💖 The soba broth has quite a strong flavor, but that might be just right for summer ☝️😃

【Check points】 ■A hearty soba lunch near 泉岳寺 Station ■Wait time: 0 minutes, weekday visit at 13時30分 Conveniently located just outside exit A3 of 泉岳寺 Station. The exterior is a charming, traditional neighborhood soba shop with a red lantern. Inside are 8 tables seating 4 each, with dividers in the middle left over from the coronavirus period. Handwritten menus and calendars hang on the walls, adding a nice retro atmosphere. Apparently a long-established shop spanning about three generations, it attracts many office workers for convenient lunches and is loved by locals as a soba izakaya at night. The friendly older female staff provide good service, making for a pleasant meal. The special lunch set pairs your choice of rice dish with soba (hot or cold) at the welcome price of 1000円〜. This time I ordered the oyakodon special set. ■Oyakodon special set 1050円 The cold zaru soba goes down smoothly and pairs well with the sweet, strong soba dipping sauce. The soba aroma is somewhat faint, but considering the price and setting, no problem. The oyakodon also has plenty of rice, and even the regular size is sufficiently filling. The homey atmosphere of an old-fashioned neighborhood set-meal shop was comfortable. ◆If you find this helpful, I'd appreciate you saving it◆ _________________ instagram: 66shuki Twitter : 66shuki TikTok : 66shuki _________________
