I ordered the signature soy sauce broth with porcini ramen and it was simply superb! The broth was outstanding - the yuzu citrus notes were very subtle and still came through surprisingly, despite the strongly-flavored porcini. The noodles were cooked just right, with some bounce. The tender chashu and chicken slices, as well as the wontons, complemented the noodles well. The egg was perfectly cooked, with a runny, jammy yolk. Before visiting, I had read some reviews about poor service and other complaints, but I experienced none of that. The staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming. There was a bit of a wait, but it was absolutely worth it. One of the best bowls of ramen I’ve eaten in Tokyo!

Food: The truffle ramen here actually earns the attention it gets. The bowl had a strong base before the truffle even entered the picture, which mattered. It was not relying on aroma to do all the work. The broth had real depth from the mix of meat and seafood, and the porcini-truffle element added richness without flattening everything into one note. I especially liked the thicker flat noodles with it; they gave the bowl some shape and made it feel more complete. This could have easily come off as gimmicky. It did not. It still ate like ramen first. Service: The service felt polished but not stiff. Everything moved with a calm pace, and the whole meal had a more put-together feel than most ramen shops without losing warmth. Summary: Another easy 5/5. It was distinctive, very well executed, and one of the better examples of a place doing something a little ambitious without overplaying it.

The best ramen I’ve had to date! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The service was top-notch, and the food lived up to the hype—absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be making this a regular spot. Highly recommended!

Thursday night 6:20pm. Seated 7pm. • Porcini shoyu ramen (5/5) • Yuzu shio ramen (4/5) All the toppings are incredibly delicious. Wonton bursts with juice, meat is so tender, porcini is savory. If you have a lil pretty penny to spend and time to stand, it’s worth stopping by.

A fantastic counter based restaurant serving Michelin star ramen and noodle dishes. Orders are placed as you enter as the restaurant seat 12 people and the food quality is out of this world and well worth the wait outside. Watching the chefs prepare in front of you is an unforgettable sight.
