I visited for the first time for their afternoon tea, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were all warm, attentive, and highly professional. The entire afternoon tea set was beautifully curated - elegant, charming, and perfectly suited for the holiday season. 🎄 The freshly baked scones were brought out warm, and drink refills were offered promptly without any waiting. The interior was also lovely, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere where I could truly unwind. A delightful experience from start to finish - I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good afternoon tea. 🫖

This establishment delivered on all levels. The food was great and the staff took good care of us. The wife and I ate there multiple times and enjoyed our time there. The staff went out of there way to make the dining experiences memorable. Highly recommend.

The hotel prices are about twice those of a normal Tokyo restaurant. The atmosphere is very formal and a bit stuffy. Staff are very attentive though and the service is very good.

Hotel lobby bar with confused and incoherent experience regardless of where you are from, not a great option unless you are looking to order an interesting looking drink and take a picture with it, which most folks visiting seem most interested. Nothing very good to say, just a pretty weak offering.

Excellent interior and luxury atmosphere. We had afternoon tea set. Each of bites were delicious.
