平日のランチで訪問。それほど広くない店内ですがお客さんが多い人気店です。 ランチメニューは定食1100円か海鮮丼1000円の二つなので定食を注文。 定食は焼き魚、煮魚、刺身の 三点セットのおかずにアラのだし汁と魚三昧。ボリュームはそれほどでもありませんが、味はどれも美味しいです。魚好きには堪らないランチです。

新橋でランチ難民になっている際に、１階で看板を発見。肉が続いたので、たまには魚も良いかなと思って、２階のお店まで。 お店は結構歴史を感じさせる内装。焼き魚、刺身、煮魚、あら汁付いた初島定食1,100円をオーダー。焼き魚は選べたので鮭を選択。Goole map見ると来たことがあるらしいけど、思い出せず。 はじめに焼き魚以外が配膳されたので、刺身からいただくも、何か切れ端のような感じ。煮魚もあら部分だったため、食べるところがほぼなし。焼き魚出てくるの遅い・・・食べ終わるかと思った時に、小さい鮭が配膳。1,100円で３種類おかずがあるのはいいけど、１品ずつが少なく、美味しく無い。だから覚えてなかったんだろうな。

Hatsushima" is on the 2nd floor of a multi-tenant building one street west of Shinbashi Nishiguchi-dori. It's next to the Ukigami main store. It seems it was in a different location before and is a popular kappo restaurant. They started lunch in January 2022. I visited for that lunch. I had the kaisendon, grilled fish, and ara-jiru set. For the grilled fish, you can choose from mackerel, salmon, tuna collar, etc. The ingredients in the kaisendon were all fresh. The grilled mackerel was also as expected. The skin was crispy and the meat was fluffy. I was satisfied. And the ara-jiru, which used mizuna, daikon radish, and Chinese cabbage in addition to the fish scraps, had a simple yet full-bodied umami flavor, and I was very satisfied. It's refillable, so I ended up having two bowls. This set is 900 yen. Being able to get a high-quality fish set meal at this price is unique to Shinbashi.

This is a restaurant I've been going to since before they moved. The owner is very cheerful and always gives me energy! Whatever fish you eat here is delicious and goes perfectly with sake ('◇')ゞ There are many dishes using seasonal ingredients, so it's a restaurant you never get tired of no matter when you come. About a 2-minute walk from Shinbashi Station Karasumori Exit. Located on the 2nd floor of a building on the street lined with izakayas like Ukigami and Daitoryo. I was wandering around Shinbashi wanting to eat a fish set meal and found it by chance! Visited at lunchtime. Arrived around 11:45 and there was only 1 seat left at the counter, just made it. After that, a group of customers arrived and the 4-person tables (2 tables) were immediately full. ▼What I ordered "Hatsushima Set" 1,100 yen A set meal that includes sashimi, simmered fish, and grilled fish. Furthermore, the miso soup is ara-jiru. It has a strong dashi flavor and is delicious. The side dishes are small, but it's nice to be able to enjoy a little bit of everything, and I'm happy that rice and ara-jiru are refillable. Thank you for the meal.
