I have been coming to their old location for years. The new spot nearby is much nicer inside with the same home style Korean food with wonderful service!!
View on GoogleOn a scorching lunch day, sundubu is the answer! Bubbling-hot seafood sundubu jjigae to beat the heat For lunch under the blazing sun, hiyashi chuka or naengmyeon would be nice, but at times like this, I deliberately went for seafood sundubu jjigae. グリーン食堂, which recently relocated, is on the 2nd floor of 串カツ田中, and you enter via the elevator on the right side of the building. On the tray that came out: piping-hot seafood sundubu with 5 kinds of banchan: a rolled omelet loaded with fillings, slightly spicy and a bit sour pan-fried tofu, and kimchi: napa cabbage, cucumber, and kkakdugi. The bubbling seafood sundubu was a deep red from the chili oil. Taking a sip, it's nowhere near as spicy as it looks — in fact, it's not spicy at all! It doesn't feel lacking, but it doesn't have a strong broth flavor either. As for ingredients, I could see the main tofu, egg, shimeji mushrooms, onions, etc., but no sign of seafood…… ………… Digging through and searching carefully, I found micro-sized shrimp and clams. Both were about 5 mm — did they shrink, or are they babies? When I handed over 1000 yen at checkout, I was told it's 1100 yen, and when I checked the menu it said 1000 yen, so I asked, and in small print at the upper right it said tax not included. These days tax-inclusive pricing is the norm, so I didn't notice. Seafood Sundubu Jjigae ¥1100-
