Review: Armani Caffè Tokyo My experience at Armani Caffè Tokyo was unfortunately disappointing and fell short of expectations. The menu is extremely limited, and flexibility seems almost nonexistent. A particularly odd moment was when we ordered the club sandwich without bacon—the waiter refused to remove the ham, insisting it’s “set by the restaurant” and that the chef cannot change it. Strangely, he had no issue removing the cheese. This rigid approach makes little sense, especially for a café positioned within a luxury brand. Service was another low point. The Italian waiter’s attitude was unnecessarily rude. Despite being a group of four, he insisted on seating us at two separate tables. Only after I addressed the situation firmly to another waitress, she become more accommodating and polite, still an uncomfortable and avoidable interaction. We ordered a variety of items, but almost everything lacked flavor and felt uninspired. The only item that was acceptable was the burger—it was okay, nothing more. Overall, the experience felt more about enforcing rules than offering hospitality. Given the brand name, I expected much better service, flexibility, and food quality. Overall rating: 1/10
View on GoogleThe staff was all very kind and attentive. The Italian girl kindly explained the daily menu to us and helped us choose our course. She also recommended a sparkling wine pairing that was absolutely delicious! Her warm and thoughtful service made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It was actually the first time I found profiteroles in Tokyo, and I left completely satisfied!
View on GoogleThe food was surprisingly good and the presentation was simple and elegant. The lunch course set was priced at the higher end of the range however gauging the location and ambience, it was worth the money. We sat for over two hours and the staff didn’t seem to mind unlike many other Japanese restaurants in the Omotesando area. Caprese, beef tagliata with sweet potato daupginoise were decent but the Mille Fouille was outstanding.
View on GoogleThis cafe is located in the Main Street of Omotedando, in the opposite site of Apple Store. I recommend you to book the table even weekday. The cafe is on the ground floor and the atmosphere is general, like ordinary cafe, not gorgeous. I like the seasonal parfait, which is sophisticated and so tasty.
View on GoogleArmani Café in Omotesando is a classic brand café with a sleek, modern interior and a comfortable atmosphere. We stopped by after lunch, looking for a cozy spot to enjoy coffee and chat. The seating was decent, and the staff were attentive and polite, adding to the overall pleasant experience. While it wasn’t particularly memorable, it served its purpose well as a quiet, stylish place to unwind. If you’re in the area and want a refined café to take a break, it’s a solid choice.
