Good place for food and wine
View on GoogleI made a reservation for 18:00, but they bluntly told me it started at 19:00. I didn't understand, and already at that point I felt increasingly distrustful and upset. I've used Amex's 招待日和 several times, but right in front of my companion, they said with a mocking laugh, “After checking with 招待日和, it turns out I was mistaken. Sorry.” They went out of their way to say it in front of us, as though looking down on customers like me who use 招待日和, and I was deeply disappointed. Of course, this was my first experience like this. It's a very rude restaurant without a shred of tact. The food was delicious, which makes it such a shame. Their treatment was so upsetting that it negated everything. The clientele was unpleasant too, with a noisy atmosphere like a drinking spot in an old downtown neighborhood: people laughing loudly and shouting, and talking from one end of the counter to the other. We were sitting between them and felt very uncomfortable. I had ordered a dessert plate, but the reservation time and starting time differed, which didn't work with my schedule, so we left midway through. They showed no sign of apologizing for that either, making me question their character. Our 3rd anniversary ended in a very embarrassing experience.
View on GoogleOn a certain Friday, 3 of us men visited for the first time. As a teppanyaki lover, I was really looking forward to it♪ The location is a little hard to find. You take the elevator to the first basement floor, but for some reason I pressed the up button by mistake and went upstairs💧 We finally made it inside, and all the counter seats by the griddle were full. The counter customers looked like regulars. We were shown to a table at the very back. The restaurant is lovely, but somehow also has a homey atmosphere. Then came the meal, starting with ankimo ponzu. An unusual item for a teppanyaki restaurant, but we enjoyed it. After that, they served lots of delicious dishes typical of a standard teppanyaki restaurant (the warm soup with egg was especially delicious!), leaving us completely satisfied and full🎵 Thank you for the meal! We'll visit again!! ※Smoking is permitted at your seat.
View on GoogleSomeone brought me here, and when I heard the bill, I was surprised by how inexpensive it was. The meat quality is superb, and every appetizer was delicious. The fried rice at the end was mind-blowingly delicious. I got carried away eating, exceeded my capacity, and regretted it. I'd like to eat with a little more restraint. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleBesides teppanyaki dishes to accompany drinks, you can also enjoy fresh fish from Oita. The service is friendly and excellent, making it suitable for entertaining business guests.
