De Salita Akasaka
1-minute walk from Akasaka-mitsuke Station. For weekday lunch (no reservations), we offer set menus, and for weekday dinner and weekends/holidays (reservations accepted), we offer our grand menu. Also, so that everyone can relax comfortably, we ask for a table charge (250円〜500円) depending on the time slot. Inside the restaurant is a custom wood-fired oven made by Stefano Ferrara, a craftsman from Naples, Italy. Our pizzas, made from the dough up by a pizza maker with world-championship awards and baked quickly in the high-temperature oven, feature the authentic aroma and texture of the real thing. We serve a variety of pizzas, starting with our signature "De Salita Margherita"…

Do not eat anywhere that charges you an entry fee. The fee per person to dine here is 500 JPY. We ordered the bolognese (noodles were very undercooked and mushrooms were served raw on top) and the margarita pizza (very soggy). Service was meh. Inside was empty.
View on GoogleThe crust is amazing. The buser was so amazing and kind. But the waiter was terrible. We had to keep asking to get our order in. Because he kept ignoring us. But truly can’t express how kind the woman was!!
View on GoogleThe De Salita Margherita was absolutely outstanding — a masterful and unique twist on the classic. Every ingredient shone through with exceptional quality and balance. The service was equally remarkable, going above and beyond to accommodate dietary needs with genuine care. A truly memorable experience — I cannot recommend it highly enough.
View on GoogleLove this place their brick oven pizza are really good. Such a great find around the area that is full of great restaurants too. Such a lovely place to enjoy a whole pizza and a good booze!
View on GoogleAfter almost 3 weeks of japanese food (which we love), as italians we really missed pizza and we decided to try a pizza margherita take away from “De Salita Akasaka”. The pizza dough was excellent and the crust was thick and fluffy in true Neapolitan style. Just a bit small in size compared to the pizzas we are used to in Italy.
