I picked this place from my list of restaurants I’d like to try because it’s close to our office and looked good online The restaurant was on the first basement floor, so we went downstairs and opened the door. The interior had a great atmosphere—a little dark, with a bar-style counter and brick walls. We were guided to seats at the counter and looked through the menu. My colleague chose the oil-grilled steak. He jokingly told me to order the ¥3,000 hamburger steak, so I “sincerely” declined. The oil-grilled steak sounded good to me as well, so I decided to order the same. When we placed our orders, the staff asked how we would like our steaks cooked. I chose medium The staff quickly served us salad and a sauce with grated daikon radish, followed by miso soup. While we were enjoying the salad, our steak plates arrived along with bowls of rice and another sauce without the daikon. I wasn’t sure why I got an extra sauce, though. Anyway, several cubes of steak and grilled bean sprouts were served on a metal platter. It looked simple, but just right for lunch Since the steak was cut into cubes, I didn’t have to use a knife and fork. I understood why they had prepared only chopsticks. The steak was cooked just the way I had requested, with a slightly pink center. It was tender, juicy, and delicious. The sauce added a pleasant savory flavor that paired well with the meat’s natural juices. The rice and miso soup were Japanese-style, but they complemented the steak nicely We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Their dinner menu also looks very good, so I’ll definitely come back to try it next time

I had the flat fish course at 7,700 yen and everything was exquisite - from the onions to the corn soup and Sakura ice-cream. Even the fried rice was special. The fish fell off the bone beautifully and melted in my mouth. My wife had the wagyu beef and experienced similar ecstasy. Michael Jackson showed great judgement here. Certainly an experience not to be missed.

Found this place based on the ratings on Google and it did not fail to impress! The restaurant is cozy and has a homely feel. Staff are friendly and very service orientated. Food is amazing! Price is very reasonable too! Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious teppenyaki.

We had the Dante menu, and we were not disappointed. The food is prepared right there before your eyes, and it is done with such care and love that you can taste. Fantastic service, excellent atmosphere, and the price for what you get - definitely on the low end. Thank you for this amazing experience!
