I just knew Cityshop from instagram so I was excited to check it out, their clothing selection was small but well selected, when I went there in Jan 2026 they had a lovely exclusive collaboration with Sanrio going on (a t-shirt available in two colors) which I bought. There was also an invite only event going on, but the sale assistants were still very attentive and helping me.

I used to be a highly loyal customer of Cityshop Aoyama and Cityshop Noodle Omotesando and I loved the delicious delis and the option to pick and choose. Unfortunately both outlets have closed and Cityshop Shibuya just changed to set meals. This is super disappointing and I hope you will change back to the previous pick and choose options soon.

Taste and quality The salad was fresh, and the flavor of each individual ingredient came through clearly. The combination of quinoa and avocado was particularly delicious and satisfying. The fruit in the açaí bowl was also sweet and well balanced with the creamy açaí. Service The staff were very friendly and kindly explained things when we ordered. The wait was not very long, and the food was served smoothly. Overall assessment City Shop is particularly recommended for health-conscious people and those who want to enjoy fresh ingredients. The atmosphere, food quality, and service all scored highly, making this a place I would like to visit again.

A stylish café and clothing shop on 渋谷キャスト 1F. The café area is so popular that lines form around lunchtime on holidays. You can order customizable lunch plates centered on salad, or hamburgers. The salad system lets you choose deli items, toppings, and other details, and each deli item and topping looks delicious. Around 1500円 per plate. Apparently, coffee and tea are unlimited at lunch. However, seating is fairly limited and the line never stops, so it is not particularly suited to lingering.
