Had dinner with my colleages. Really delicous Italian Japanese fusion.

ちょっとローマ@三田 I hurried over after hearing that ちょっとローマ, a local restaurant I’ve been visiting for decades, will close next month on 4/28. This renowned restaurant, reportedly also frequented by the late 三浦春馬, is famous for its uni cream pasta and roast beef rice bowl. Since some of our group were first-time visitors, we chose the uni pasta course with unlimited drinks. ¥4,980. Draft beer, spumante, and house wine are all unlimited. Wonderful as always. “4 appetizers” ・Madai carpaccio ・Parma prosciutto and pineapple ・Potato salad bruschetta ・Today’s appetizer: aigamo duck breast The madai was outstanding that day. “Chef’s choice pizza” Cabbage and shirasu pizza, and margherita. Both excellent. “Today’s meat dish: roast beef” Both the meat and sauce were delicious, earning rave reviews from everyone. “Fresh uni cream spaghetti” No comment needed. Right afterward, my companions asked me to book our next visit. “Vanilla ice cream” Actually, the quality of this ice cream is amazing too. After drinking plenty of draft beer, sparkling wine, and Cabernet, getting change from ¥5,000 almost made us feel guilty. To the owner, Mr. 佐藤: thank you for everything over the years. I’ll visit again next month. It was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Visited after 20:00 on a weekday. The uni cream pasta caught my attention. The ちょっとローマ course, available for 2 people, lets you choose: An appetizer assortment Your choice of pizza Your choice of pasta Was it around 3600円? I was surprised by how cheap it was. We also added the 500円 roast beef salad with wasabi dressing and a lava-stone-grilled steak. There were 4 appetizers, all delicious, and the pasta I’d been looking forward to was packed with uni, rich, and really tasty! There was just 1 young male waiter, but he divided the food onto ２ plates from the start and explained the wine and dressings in detail. We appreciated his thoughtfulness. Then the lava-stone-grilled steak surprised us again. Apparently their recommended sauce is one that 9 out of 10 people find delicious, but besides the sauce, the tenderness of the meat was incredible! A restaurant I definitely want to visit again. I visited for lunch. The fresh uni cream pasta is a little expensive, but if you’re okay with uni, definitely try it. You can taste the delicate sweetness of the uni. The appetizer is generous too, making it satisfying! At lunchtime there are other pastas besides the fresh uni cream pasta, so you can eat for around 1,000円.

My first visit. It’s a small restaurant, so depending on the timing, the food can take a while to arrive. Many of the customers were locals. It has a homey feel. Our orders that day: Assorted appetizers A platter of ４ items: caprese, prosciutto, white fish carpaccio, and fresh salami with cream cheese Simple appetizers. Oven-baked sardines topped with herb breadcrumbs They were a convenient size to eat and delicious. Osso buco A braised dish of bone-in veal shank, and a very delicious one. For wine, a full bottle of Italian🇮🇹 wine🍷 A nice restaurant for enjoying a leisurely meal.
