Portion size was extremely SMALL for 7800 yen per person and the environment very noisy. They have a “one good review for one ice cream” policy, guess that’s why the rank is so high

When we left i forgot my bag and the waiter already stood outside the restaurant searching for me. When it comes to food, ambience and service i have never experienced anything like it!!!
