The atmosphere was very nice and relaxed. Many people had their dogs there, but it was not noisy at all. They were very busy, so service was a little slow, but it wasn’t a bad experience. Glad to see a place for people to bring their pet while dining!

Our Pepsi and Iced Tea came from previously opened plastic bottles. It had the only dirty restroom we found in Japan. Food wasn’t that good. There’s a 450 service charge they don’t tell you about until the end.

Do yourself a favor and never set foot in this horrible place. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The staff, particularly the blond older woman, is absolutely NOT service-oriented. No sense of customer service at all! In addition, the table charge of 300 yen is ridiculous since you get absolutely nothing for it, not even a wet towel for cleaning your hands. The food and coffee is standard at best but the staff attitude is what really makes it a horrible place to be. Avoid at all costs!
