Leaving Tokyo after almost a week, I can confidently say that this was the only time we felt unwelcome so far. We totally understood that you insisted on a reservation on the Sunday we first attempted to have brunch here, because the place was full. But then during the week, when we found the place almost empty, you could have accepted us as walk-ins. Yet the staff insisted on the pre-paid reservation, although it specifically says not required on the website (see screenshot). However, after taking a peak at the menu, we happily went to another place. It's true what others have commented before. There are very few options and it has little to do what tourists imagine to find in a 'Brunch Park'.

Don't let the pictures fool you. If you are there for lunch the food there is VERY limited. Don't recomment it. Nice environment, quiet, and nice service. But not what we expected.

I had the 幸楽ラーメン and fried rice. Both were delicious dishes with a sesame-oil-like aroma. The fried rice portion is on the small side, so I think it's good to order it together with another menu item. It's for a limited time only, so fans of 渡る世間は鬼ばかり should definitely give it a try.
