BITTO
Owner-chef 伊東 達也 worked at 六本木サバティーニ before going to Italy from 1997 to 2001. Over 4 years, he trained at a total of 10 restaurants across 7 regions (including ロカンダ ヴェッキア パヴィア in Lombardy, ウリアッシ in Marche, and ズル ローゼ in Alto Adige). His skills were recognized at each restaurant, and he was entrusted with preparing pasta. After returning to Japan, he opened our restaurant, 『イタリア料理ビット』, in 2006. Enjoy enticing dishes crafted with seasonal ingredients.

Incredible food (best Italian we’ve ever had!) The flavours were amazing and the service was so warm and friendly. Everything was made with care and they were very happy to accomodate our vegetarian diet. A real treat. Highly recommend!

View on GoogleI visited for lunch. The appetizers didn't have the samey or predictable flavors so common at Italian restaurants in Japan, yet they didn't feel disjointed either; the ingredients and seasoning were well balanced. The homemade bread was simple and delicious too. If you're used to seasoning full of additives, you might not find it tasty. There are plenty of Italian restaurants around Shirokane-Takanawa, but this may be the first time I've been satisfied with the portions, quality, and service all the way from appetizers to pasta, main course, dessert, and espresso.
View on GoogleThis is a lovely, long-established Italian restaurant tucked off the main street in Shirokane. The sweet maman and the quietly dedicated papa chef use seasonal vegetables, and even the appetizers are stylish. My best friend enjoyed the meat course, while I savored the fish course. Be sure to make a reservation before you go✨
