ビストロ バズBistro Buzz
A traveling bistro. Under the concept "EAT LOCAL, DRINK GLOBAL" ~The Traveling Bistro~, we create a dining space where you can experience a "journey" through ingredients from Japan and around the world. It's a bistro that brings a heartfelt smile to your face, with dishes for every season woven from seasonal ingredients and filled with the chef's passion. The restaurant is a modern, calm, wood-toned space with an open kitchen, so you can enjoy a "live" feel. We use the "prix fixe course," a staple of French bistros, where customers combine their favorite dishes themselves. We offer wines carefully selected from countries around the world to match dishes that capture French tradition and the seasons of Japan. A blissful mariage…

The bistro looks great, a nice imitation of a Parisian brasserie. Unfortunately, the dinner/drinks set is really not worth the price. Amount of food was tiny and the quality was mediocre. The drinks were also low quality (they cannot afford to put a lime slice in a gin tonic). The service....there is none as only 1 waiter was available for the whole restaurant.
View on GoogleOver my 3 years in Tokyo, Bistro Buzz has been my favorite lunch spot! The food is always delicious and the service outstanding.
View on GoogleHad dinner here with my son. Overall the food was good and the service excellent. The beef steak is worth a mention: i ordered it medium and it was soft and juicy.
View on GoogleGreat food, came within 5 minutes from order, impressive!
View on GoogleIncredibly... Slow... Service. After being seated I spent literally 20 minutes being told to “please wait” while they took other customers orders. Unbelievable.
