Bio Table is a fantastic restaurant just a 10-minute walk from JR Tamachi Station. Although it serves a mixed menu, it has a dedicated vegan menu with veggie burgers, vegan karaage, colourful salads, and delicious desserts. I had the gâteau chocolat, which was excellent. The veggie burger reminded me of the kind of burgers I used to enjoy back home in the UK, served with great fries and a fresh side salad. Everything was beautifully presented and full of flavour. One of the highlights is the outdoor terrace overlooking the river. It’s a wonderful place to sit and relax during spring or autumn, with a peaceful atmosphere and lovely views. Inside, the restaurant has a bright, modern design with plenty of greenery and a fresh, welcoming feel. The owner was very friendly, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. One thing to keep in mind is that the food service finishes at 3:00 p.m., so it’s best to arrive a little earlier. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for vegan options in Tokyo. We’ll certainly be back! ★★★★★

Nice cozy vegan friendly restaurant. I ordered the chicken bowl which was a bit spicy yet so flavourful. The salad had so many ingredients and it went well with their homemade dressing. The variety of small dishes were also great. Over all, 1,100 yen was quite reasonable. Definitely come back to try some other dishes such as fried chicken plate and spaghetti.

One of the best spots on our trip to Tokyo. Good vegan options. Very nice host. There is even snacks for your dog. Lovely view of the canal. Perfect :)

Very nice place with gluten free options- my only minus point is the television/projection screen that is on all the time. It's not loud enough to really follow the programme so it becomes just a distraction for the kids.

The staff were very kind and explained the various gluten free choices to me. I had a delicious gf and vegan curry for a very affordable price
