I visited for lunch around 12 on a Sunday without a reservation. 「ALCHEMY」 is a vegan & gluten-free restaurant from Bali. It opened in Tokyo as its first overseas location, and its menu uses plant-based ingredients without any meat, fish, eggs, dairy, or white sugar. The restaurant was already bustling with lots of customers, but since there are many seats and the space is roomy, we were able to get in even without a reservation. The interior is bright and open, with an atmosphere where you can take your time over your meal. This time I ordered the 「Spice Curry Set」. You can choose the spice level of the curry, and you can choose either brown rice or quinoa. The curry was packed with vegetables and more filling than it looks, so I got properly full. The spices were fragrant too, and it was very tasty. The set also came with a cold-pressed juice of your choice and a fruit dessert. For the juice, I chose 「Ruby Mania」. It's a cold-pressed juice made with beets, apple, carrot, and lemon; it was refreshing and paired well with the curry. Since it comes with curry, juice, and even fruit, it was a very satisfying set for lunch. It's a vegan & gluten-free restaurant, but there are lots of menu items that are easy to choose even if you don't usually pay attention to that kind of diet, so I think it's also an easy place to go when you just want a good lunch. The open space with its tropical vibe is comfortable too, so it's no wonder it was busy on a Sunday afternoon. I was also looking forward to the weekend-only soft serve, but unfortunately it wasn't available that day. Next time I spot it, I'd love to try it. There were lots of other menu items that caught my eye, so next time I want to try the hamburger.

Alchemy, an organic, vegan restaurant in Azabudai Hills. Saturday at 12, the seats were only about 20% full. There used to be a wait before, but maybe because of the heavy rain that day, it was quiet. Last time I had the 「Born in Bali」, so this time I went with the protein bowl. A big pile of quinoa right in the middle! And the tempeh, an Indonesian fermented soybean food, is just like meat, really filling and delicious! The vegetables also tasted really fresh, and every bite had me going, so good!! The female staff member's service was great too. Thank you, it was a wonderful meal!!

A wonderful vegan, gluten-free restaurant. The chocolate is superb too. It's rare to find a place where even the toast and hamburger buns are made with brown rice flour, so I want to go again.

This place is amazing! It's delicious, and even though it's in Azabudai Hills, the value for money is the best! The staff are all kind and courteous The location is great too, and it's become one of the places I want to go back to.

I've been here many times. It's probably the kind of flavor foreigners like. I can enjoy all sorts of flavors, so maybe that's why I like it. However, although it's vegan, the food uses garlic and the like, so if you're concerned about the smell after eating, you should be careful.
