Dinner between scholars with park view from 5th floor. Food is purely japanese style.

To enter the cafeteria (5th floor), you need to get an entry pass at the library reception. ...that said, there is no need for name registration procedures, it's easy to enter. Take the elevator to the 5th floor and head to the right to find the cafeteria. When buying meal tickets, new banknotes could not be used. Since there is no money changer, you need to break them at a vending machine before entering the cafeteria, or speak to the cafeteria staff. The price is a bit high for a public facility. The taste is not bad. The view from the window is mediocre, but if it's a weekday, it's empty and you can eat in a relaxed manner.

Cherry blossom season, I went to Arisugawa-no-miya Memorial Park for a walk and to enjoy the cherry blossoms. For a lunch break, I entered the Central Library and headed to the Arisugawa Cafeteria on the 5th floor... (haha) The ordering style is to buy a meal ticket, and what I chose was the "Ginger Pork Set (900 yen)". I wanted to choose the daily set menu, but since I arrived late, it was sold out~ (sweat) The taste is like a local diner, but the volume is at a satisfying level. Just like a school cafeteria, it's self-service, and payment for the ticket machine was cash only. It was just past noon on a weekday, but the window seats were quite full, and the table seats were empty. Since you can see Tokyo Tower and Midtown clearly from the window, if you take the beautiful view into account, I thought the cost performance was good!!

This is a cafeteria inside the library in Arisugawa. Since it is located in a somewhat high place, the view is good, and depending on the table, you can enjoy lunch while enjoying the scenic view. Also, there are drink menus such as iced coffee, so you can use it as a cafe. The interior has an atmosphere that somehow feels nostalgic, and because it is managed very quietly and cleanly, I was able to enjoy the food very comfortably. For lunch, there are various menus and you can also enjoy daily lunch. You order by purchasing a meal ticket at a ticket vending machine. There are Japanese and Western dishes, so it was very good because you could choose a menu according to your mood at that time.

I ordered a set menu, but it feels like a school cafeteria. To order, please buy a meal ticket and hand it to the cooking staff over the counter. When it's ready, they will call out your ticket number. I used it at noon on a weekday, and because there were many people with children, it was lively enough that it became difficult to talk to the colleague next to me.
