This dining experience is very bad. We came to spend as foreign customers. During the ordering process, the clerk served several dishes that we didn't order. We explained at the first time that we didn't order these dishes, but the clerk insisted that we ordered them, but he could not provide the order record clearly, and said that the order could not be canceled, which made people feel very unreasonable. In the process of communication, the clerk's attitude is relatively tough, which also makes people clearly feel the differential treatment of foreign customers, and the overall experience is very uncomfortable. It was just a normal meal, but it turned into an unpleasant consumption experience.
View on GoogleLike everybody else has said before, the service here is horrible. I’d say don’t come here if you’re a tourist unless you’re with a Japanese. But honestly, I’d say just don’t support this business at all unless they make drastic changes and fire that one server. The one server that everyone says is rude is extremely disrespectful and impatient. His attitude makes me feel like we’re living in the last century (good old racism). At this point, I think they might as well just write a sign that says foreigners are not allowed. It also appeared to me that everyone else in the store (Japanese) ignored or even supported this kind of racist behavior, which makes me really really sad. To the restaurant, I don’t think you will ever read this, but we are all humans and nobody deserves to be treated like the way they are treated at your place.

View on GoogleAs a traveler who can understand some Japanese, can’t really speak Japanese, Menu price maybe is different to the local . I just randomly stopped by. I was lining up in the proper way. And one of the Japanese staff is really rude, he almost hit me and asked me to go away in Japanese, and turned around say welcome to other. Being rude and have no any respects to female( cause he was body shaming me). Avoiding the guy in the picture. On the other hand, one old gentleman was really friendly. I left some tips for the old gentleman, hope the people won’t take it from him. He tried his best for the ordering and English and I appreciate his hardworking.
View on GoogleWe visited a famous restaurant in Hamamatsucho that has been in business for 100 years for its motsuyaki. The menu we ordered included a wide variety of dishes such as stewed, vinegared sea cucumber, hiju, and shishamo. The vinegared sea cucumber, which came highly recommended, was a delightful dish with an aroma of the sea and a crunchy texture. The hizu was also a rare part of the dish, but it was made by slicing the head of a salmon into round slices, which was easy to eat and had an interesting flavor. There is also a wide variety of drinks, including lemon sours and highballs. We ordered a lemon sour, which was refreshing and went well with the food. We visited on a Saturday night, and although the counter seats were full, there were empty seats at the tables, and the restaurant's clientele consisted mainly of people in their 40s and 50s. As for the restaurant's use, it is perfect for drinking alone or with a group, but perhaps not so suitable for a date or a girls' night out. Overall, we enjoyed the delicious motsuyaki and the wonderful atmosphere of this restaurant, which has long been a part of the community. We would definitely visit again if we have the chance.
