Worth the Hype, Even Without the Viral Pizza. We’d been really eager to try pizza in Japan, so we checked out this viral spot. Just a heads-up: the viral cheesy pizza is only available at the Tokyo branch, so it’s not on the menu here. There’s both table seating and bar seating; definitely choose the bar if you can. It’s much nicer, and you get to watch the chefs prepare your pizza, which adds to the experience. We tried the FNT and DOC pizzas, and both were delicious, though we slightly preferred the DOC. Great flavor and balance.

The FNT pizza was one of the best pizzas I‘ve eaten in my life and I‘ve had pizza from most regions in Italy. The perfect fermentation of the dough makes it soft, crunchy and chewy all at the same time. The topping - heavy on cheese with honey sprinkled on it, doesn‘t get too much, every bite is a perfect bite. I inhaled the thing and most of the fellow guests seemed to enjoy their pizza too. Staff is friendly, quick to serve the food (15 seats total, most of them being at the counter), new modern interior and a simple dish cooked to perfection.

Fancy pizza place. The dough is unlike other places! We booked in advance and arrived before time. When it is exactly opening time, the staff guided us in. We got the bar seating where we can see the cooking process which was nice. We ordered DOC - 5/5 perfect taste. I love that dough here is very special. Soft and mochimochi, even the time passes the dough was still perfect. Eggplant and shrimp - 4/5 I like but my friend said it was a little too spicy for her. Peach tea -5/5 I love that it is so fragrance. Definitely come back again! The only thing I don’t like was, we had to rush a bit cos it had time slot for new guest group which is understandable…

I got the D O C. Cousin got the F N T. Both were great. D O C was probably a bit light on the density of the pizza but still very flavorful. If I had to do it again, I would do the F N T. The blue cheese really adds to the flavor profile and the overall density of F N T fills you up nicer than D O C. Highly recommend grabbing a reservation for this.

Overall, good place. Fast and nice service and even the pizzas that are a "miss" were decent. I had these 4: Passione (4\5): Decent sweet pizza but the passion fruit kills all the sweetness. They should make it more like a creme bulee instead of passion fruit. FNT (3\5): Not a fan, too "liquid", it was a cheese soup. The regular Quattro Formaggi are better. Terra (5\5): Excellent! Bacon and chestnut work soooo well together. My favourite. Melanza (4.5\5): Spicy, tasty, good overall. I'll come back alone to try other pizzas.
