At weekday lunch I got a table without waiting They're known for mapo tofu, but also had set meals such as fried rice and liver with garlic chives But I chose 味覚 stone-pot mapo knife-cut noodles! Just as I'd seen on social media, it arrived piping hot and bubbling right after I ordered And because it was thick, it took a long time to cool down; even after adding the cold knife-cut noodles, it kept bubbling for quite a while and stayed hot until the end The mapo had a bold, spicy, rich flavor It was delicious with the chewy knife-cut noodles

Went in for lunch because there were seats available. Ordered a large portion of knife-cut noodles, and the amount was enormous. The noodles were extremely thick and filling, but lacked aroma and pleasing texture such as firmness, and the broth lacked depth. Dishes like yurinchi looked more promising than the noodles. Personally, this isn't a place I'd visit specifically for knife-cut noodles.

I previously came for lunch with coworkers, and today was my second visit After I finished the extremely spicy mapo tofu, they gave me a complimentary drink. I sweated a lot eating it in the summer heat, but it was delicious!

The noodles were chewy and delicious, but the broth was thin and didn't cling to them, and it wasn't quite spicy enough. But it was delicious!
