Small counter ramen restaurant, dominated by the kitchen behind, where the delicious ramen is made. The menu is simple and honest but some of the best ramen we have had. Order from the vending machine (as of April 2018 the top row is cold noodles, the bottom is hot). The serves sizes are tempered by how much noodle you want to eat - they ask, all sizes the same price). The owner (we presume) speaks more than enough English to assist and will also provide instruction on how to serve and eat! Super delicious and very cheap! Top marks!!

This is on a few top 10 lists for Tokyo tsukemen, and I think that's correct. It's so yummy. Order by machine. Counter seating. Gets busy between 12-1330. You can order your noodles 🍜 cold 🥶 or hot 🥵. They also let you choose your noodle size. Some people order a hot stone 🔥🪨 to reheat the broth. Pretty cool sight to see. I saw a few people complain it's not as good as some other fancy Michelin star places... But that's a different class. This is a no frills great hearty bowl of tsukamen 🍜 ↔️ Social distanced tables and dividers 😷 Masks required 🧼 Hand sanitizer available 🍽️ Indoor seating only 💳 Cash, Credit 🚻 Restroom available

Rich and flavourful niboshi/gyokai (and possibly tonkotsu) based dipping broth. Fresh tasty noodles, you can choose portion size (all same price) and heated (in a bowl of hot water) noodles or cold/room temp noodles when you hand in your ticket. Table toppings include dried fried onions, vinegar, ichimi chili flakes, and black pepper. If you want to reheat your dip, you can request a "yakishi" (baked rock) to put into the broth bowl. Pretty good overall, nothing mind blowing (not the best tsukemen I've had but definitely good), and I would go back :)

One of the top places for authentic miso tsukemen in Tokyo. The shop owner is very kind and overall the staff is friendly.
