The famous restaurant near Jiyugaoka station. They have various kinds of tea including caffeine-free tea. You can have dishes or only enjoy desserts. Their cakes include tea, so the flavor is fabulous. The restaurant is open from 11 am and I recommend you wait a little before they open.
