View on GoogleMy family used to buy yakitori for takeout several times, and I had a strong impression that it didn't suit my taste, so I hadn't entered for many years even though it's in the neighborhood. In recent years, they opened stores in Jiyugaoka and Mita, and a branch also opened in an alley near Musashikoyama Station, so I felt the momentum. I happened to have some time, so I visited alone at a late hour. It was a weekday, so about half the customers. However, takeout and Uber-type pickups were coming constantly. While drinking draft beer, I gnawed on cabbage as an appetizer, and ordered potato salad and stew, which seem to be standard, and enjoyed the difference in taste like eating in a triangle. Maybe because the cabbage was from the core part, it had bitterness and smell, and it seems it's free to refill, but I could barely finish it. If the sauce (vinegar soy sauce?) was a bit stronger like sesame oil and salt in a yakiniku restaurant, it might have been better. Potato salad is average. The stew, offal boiled until it crumbles, matches the slightly sweet soup and is delicious. Potato salad is small, stew is medium, I'm happy that I can order small portions that are just right for one person to snack on at a low price. There are also large portions that can be shared. Next, I moved to skewers, but negima was sold out, so I ordered regular meat, tsukune, upper liver, and shishito. Liver is fine, but the others were disappointing in terms of meat quality and cooking degree. Well, if it's an old-fashioned yakitori in town, I think this is about it, but honestly, this was disappointing. On the other hand, the deep-fried young chicken I ordered last was outstanding, and even setting aside the fact that it was freshly fried and hot, it was a wonderful dish. The seasoning was only simple salt, the skin was crispy, the inside was moist, and the frying degree was also excellent. Here, as the name suggests, besides half-fried chicken, I think this is a shop to enjoy deep-fried food, including gizzard and saezuri.

The deep-fried food is super delicious! Shamo chicken soup for the finish is also rich in flavor and the best! Everything else was delicious overall. The young female staff was also a nice person. The smell of yakitori will stick strongly to your clothes, so I recommend going in casual clothes.
View on GoogleDeep-fried young chicken, the seasoning is simple but the skin is crispy and the inside is juicy, very delicious. Yakitori is also cheap and delicious, and they give bonuses. I want to try potato salad, but it's unclear if it can only be eaten with delivery or in the store.
