No specifications for sweetness or ice. The tapioca here is a medium-grain type with elasticity. As the name Okinawa brown sugar suggests, it has a very rich and delicious flavor. The tapioca is like Japanese traditional sweets (wagashi). Also, the drink is not just milk, but rich brown sugar is well dissolved in it. Delicious~. I have tried many shops, but in the brown sugar tapioca category, this shop is definitely in the top 3. Next time I want to try a different menu. The price is not too expensive and the tapioca has a strong brown sugar taste and no hard core, chewy. I didn't order anything other than sweetness, but with less ice, I could drink it deliciously until the end. Regarding the taste, it was far better than the usual shops around here.
