Interesting place to grab some food or a drink. See the post below that talks about how this cafe is run by a...magician? Once you walk in, it’s not hard to believe. I got a magic cupcake that required me to wear old school 3D glasses. Not sure if it was necessary, or to just see what I would do. Worth a stop to at least heck out the decorations.

Funky place, owned by a famous... magician? I am not sure, but that's why the place is famous. 3D cake is mainly for fun but is also tasty, as well as the tiramisu.

When I went to visit the shop, it turned out there was a festival at Kumano Shrine today, and they were running a food stall there. It wasn't a typical visit to the shop, but since I'd come all that way, I enjoyed the stall food. The frankfurter and the chicken were both really delicious. Kumano Shrine is right next door, so it was nice to be able to see the mikoshi too. This ended up not being a review of the shop itself, but the stall food was delicious, so now I'm curious about the dishes in the shop. I'll visit again.

A place I'd wanted to visit for a long time. Finally made it to Sekirubagu Cafe. Inside, many items that Akio Seki collected from around the world are on display, and just looking at them is fun. The unique atmosphere is really striking. Not only can you relax here as a cafe, but being able to enjoy the space itself is part of the appeal. There's a special feeling you can't easily get anywhere else, and I spent a time that really piqued my curiosity. If you want to feel some energy in Jiyugaoka, this is a place I recommend. Next time I'm nearby, I'd like to drop by and take my time.

The cafe of urban legend storyteller Mr. Seki. Apparently it's also used as a filming location. It's a bit small, so it only fits about 8 people max. The basic menu is a 1500 yen drink ➕ cookie There are lots of stylish drinks🥤 too. Fun to choose. There's also a food menu with set meals like dry curry and burgers. Stock is limited, so be sure to check with the staff. Around 2300 yen. The menu is themed around urban legends. Even the cookie had Mr. Seki printed on it. Recommended for anyone who wants to chat in a different atmosphere than usual.
