Our shoyu ramen made with Amakusa Daioh is the most popular. Our shio ramen features shijimi clam dashi, creating a completely different flavor. We recommend this one too. We generously use carefully selected seasonings and ingredients, mainly from Kyushu and Fukuoka, and repeat trial and error every day to bring out the full power of the ingredients. If you're in the area, please stop by. We currently use a name sign-up system starting from 9:45 a.m. Thank you for your understanding.

The ramen was very high end and tasty. The broth itself was not the most flavourful we had but the toppings were exceptional. The wonton were very well seasoned with a shaoxing flavour. The chashu was so tender wow! We had to prder an extra serving. You need to make a reservation ahead to get a table. Service is very quick.

Saw it in the michelin guide and booked on tablecheck 500 円。It was maybe a 20 minute walk from Nakameguro station. Arrived about 10 minutes early and was let in shortly after arriving. Ordered on touchscreen the 特上醤油らぁ麺tokujou shoyu ramen 2250円 and the 炙りチャーシュー丼aburi chashu don 550円。 The shop takes all forms of touchless pay. Maybe it is a cashless shop. The shoyu broth was amazing a lot of chicken flavour and aroma. The ramen looks glossy somehow, very appealing. The toppings were all perfect. Didn't realize there was no egg so that would be an additional order. There was a ton of noodles included. The aburi chashu don was pretty good, when I was almost done the rice I ate it with the shoyu broth and it was delicious. The shop itself is very nice and service was great. Overall recommended! A top 10 bowl of ramen for me of the 170+ I have tried.

Shoyu ramen with foie gras + special topping is hands down one of the best ramen experiences 🍜✨ Rich, savory broth paired with that melt-in-your-mouth foie gras… every slurp is pure satisfaction. Highly recommend trying this combo at least once!

Highly popular on social media, this ramen shop requires some extra steps, but please check their website for the latest information. When we went, a pre-registration is required. You have to come to this ramen shop past 9am to find a registration sheet. You'll have to find open time slots (per person). We arrived around 9:30 and the earliest we were able to reserve was 1:15. Also, this place is a good walk from the station so take that into consideration. I ordered their Ultimate Shoyu Ramen, which you can really see the extra care they consider. The soup is very clear, but extremely flavorful, perfect combination with the noodles. The ultimate package includes three meat toppings, pork, duck and chicken, all juicy and bringing out their unique characteristics. The flavored egg was the perfect dessert for this fabulous dish! Very jealous of people living in the neighborhood, not sure if I am willing to make the same commitment, but no doubt a fantastic ramen that deserves the top 100 recognition! Crowd Size: Very High (need pre-registration) Payment Method: PayPay

Despite arriving more than 10 minutes early, I waited longer than my reservation time and a group that arrived later was seated first. When my seat was called, the waiter didn't call my name like the other customers even though it's not hard to pronounce (first time this happens in a reservation only shop). Upon entering the restaurant, I was seated at a small two-seater counter facing the wall, even though there were seats available at the main counter, where the waitress kept bumping into me occasionally, so instead of being able to see the staff preparing my food, I just stared at the wall. As an amateur ramen chef, this should have been a learning experience, but instead, I feel like it taught me how to not treat your customers. The food itself wasn't as extravagant as the reviews suggested, especially considering the price. The only toppings I really liked were the smoked meat and fried enoki mushrooms, the soup and noodles were good but nothing extraordinary. The other toppings weren't particularly memorable, but they weren't bad by any means. I wouldn't say I disliked the food, but I wish I was treated with more mindful service. Since I'm a foreigner, this may only be an issue for foreign customers.
