We were very surprised. The ramen had a sophisticated flavor with a touch of spices, quite different from the traditional one. The pork rice bowl was also delicious. We went on a Thursday after 1pm and it wasn't busy. We will certainly return soon.
View on GoogleGood ramen. The regular shouyu broth was good, but not mind-blowing. After talking with others, the spicy miso broth is the one to get. I’ll be sure to stop by again and may update my review. The chef was friendly and it was cool to watch him work. The decor was nice and made the restaurant feel more upscale than your typical ramen joint. The cream cheese appetizer was delicious. For a Michelin rated restaurant, the price is good too. It’s worth checking out.
View on GoogleAlmost perfect. The broth has a unique flavour, is light, and is not overly salty. The seasoned egg is delicious. The presentation is beautiful. But I was disappointed with the pork: fat and hard to eat. So I would not recommend the “extra pork” option.
View on GoogleTip🚨: there is a bottle of rice vinegar. Try a little in your broth! It's so good. Looks like a dive on the outside but really modern minimal interior. This place previously won many Michelin stars 🌟years ago. You order from a machine, there's English. We tried the spicy ¥1200 and the regular ¥1000. Both come with 2 thin pieces of char siu 🥩, micro greens 🥬 and pieces of bamboo shoots 🎍. I think the regular is better! The noodles are firm and the broth is crazy flavorful. I wish the char siu was thicker. I saw other people order the side rice dishes. Seemed to be popular. Dine in | Lunch | ¥1,000 - 1,400 🗂️ Social distanced dividers 😷 Masks required 🧼 Hand sanitizer available 💳 Cash, Credit and IC card 🚻 Restroom available
