Interesting tan tan men they use minched chicken. Pretty good not too spicy. Also jazz music was unusual.

Because I don't know Japanese, I couldn't understand what the owner was saying, but he still tried his best to explain to me, very moved🥰 The noodles are very rich and delicious🥰 There is a ordering machine~ so don't worry, can't order

Menya Hyakushiki" located right after getting off at Nishikoyama Station on the Tokyu Meguro Line Ordered: Special Seafood Tonkotsu Swimming Crab Tsukemen Special Seafood Tonkotsu Neatly served, appearance O Within the gentleness, the dashi is firm. Soup and char siu that can be drunk to the end. Both were delicious (^-^) Swimming Crab Tsukemen The flavor of the swimming crab is strong. Because the crab flavor is strong, maybe a little less salty would be better. I finished the soup to the end with soup warishari (^-^)

Menya Hyakushiki right at Nishikoyama Station. It seems crab ramen was their specialty in the past, but now there is a rich lineup such as seafood tonkotsu, salt, soy sauce, etc., so I was worried about which one to choose (lol) But since it was my first time, I tried the special crab ramen for 1,350 yen. My impression is, hmm... does it have to be crab? lol The scent is certainly crab, but I felt that the soup didn't feel the importance of being crab. It's delicious, but why wasn't I moved...? Noodles are normal. It was the right choice to choose thin noodles for the soup. Maybe if it was other crab tsukemen or seafood tonkotsu, it might have suited my mood at that time... Thank you for the meal♪ ---------------------------------------------------- On Instagram, I post things I truly like @iamrika_ Someone who loves sound, food, and calligraphy📍Tokyo ----------------------------------------------------
