It was our first time here, and it was absolutely delicious and worth it! The pork steak was super juicy and cooked perfectly. One of the fun parts is mixing your own seasoning at the table. My favorite combination was wasabi + salt, and my second favorite was yuzu kosho. Highly recommended if you’re in Tokyo!

I made a reservation for 7:00 PM on June 13. According to the restaurant’s reservation system, a reservation is only confirmed after a phone call from the restaurant. However, by the morning of June 13, I had not received any confirmation call, so I contacted the restaurant myself. During the call, I was told that the manager had already called me the previous day and that I was expected to call back. However, there was no record of any missed call on my phone. When I asked when the call had been made, I was told that the exact time was unknown, but that the call had been made. No further verification was offered. After that, rather than clarifying the situation, I was repeatedly told that only counter seats were available and that I could cancel the reservation if that was not acceptable. I had no particular preference between a table and a counter seat. However, the explanation regarding the reservation confirmation and the overall handling of the situation left me feeling uncomfortable and lacking confidence in the reservation process, so I decided to cancel. As I did not dine at the restaurant, I cannot comment on the food. However, I hope the reservation and customer service process can be improved.

Been going to Malloy’s Jiyugaoka branch for several years now. while the pork steak meals continue to be absolutely delicious and satisfying, the service has been downhill with each visit. Went tonight and dinner seating was limited to 60mins for our family of five. What killed the mood was that they left their walkie talkie on full volume on the 3F so we can hear the staff on 1F communicating to tell us to leave already. (we were only 5mins over at this point, and the 60mins is inclusive of the time we order they prepare the meals). Very unfortunate when food is great but service sucks.

The pork was juicy and went well with all the sauces. Spinach cream was delicious that I had to make an extra order. Would definately go back again!

Pork steaks! Never seen this on a menu anywhere I’ve been before. Unique and not like steak. The service was great but we got seated on the third floor. There were a few tables up there but it felt like a storage closet with no windows. The second floor seems to be the nicest with large windows and lots of tables. The first floor is just counter seating where solo customers seem to be seated. Pork itself was cooked well with tasty dipping sauces. Also ordered the Mallory salad. The salad was pretty bad in my opinion and not tasty. Cream spinach is great. When you order a pork steak it comes with a very small amount of mashed potatoes and creamed spinach.
