However, at the same time, Hokkaido's economy has been stagnant for a long time, facing various problems such as high unemployment rates and rapidly advancing aging. As a person born and raised in this land, I want to convey the diverse splendor of Hokkaido to more people. From the perspective of someone who has gone outside, I want to rediscover and edit valuable things, and create more new values. HIGUMA Doughnuts started from such thoughts. It was quite busy, but the staff were incredibly helpful in finding us a seat as we placed our order. The donuts were delicious—light & fluffy. The coffee was fantastic, although the matcha latte was on the sweeter side (next time, I might ask for it without sugar). Overall, a great experience with friendly service 👍🏻
View on GoogleThe donuts were absolutely delicious and so was the coffee! It’s been a very long time since I’ve had fresh donuts and I’m so glad I got to experience it here. The servers were also very nice and attentive! The space is very inviting and welcoming as well!
View on GoogleLove the doughnuts, the coffee was just ok to me. Their seating set up was quite tricky for group with child/toddler. The queue was quite long when we visited the place, however it was a pleasant experience to have their doughnuts.
