Dean & Deluca is a modern cafe offering a delightful mix of coffee, bakery items, light meals, and international style cuisine. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between comfort and sophistication. It is an ideal space for a wide range of visitors ,families with young children, professionals looking for a calm and focused environment to work on their laptops, and even pet owners, as the cafe is pet friendly. The atmosphere feels homely yet provides enough privacy to relax or work undisturbed. The cafe is accessible for wheelchairs and baby strollers , which is a thoughtful inclusion. However, I did not notice any designated wheelchair parking, and overall parking space is somewhat limited. The restrooms are separate for men and women and are equipped with support features such as railing holders, which is commendable. Since we had walked from the station and were feeling quite warm, we started with a refreshing strawberry juice, an iced matcha latte, and a sausage roll. Later, as the atmosphere in the cafe became cooler and more comfortable, we enjoyed a hot matcha latte and an Earl Grey tea with milk. The seating arrangements are particularly impressive. There are well designated table and chair setups suitable for those working on computers, as well as a larger, more relaxed seating area perfect for families with babies or anyone who wants to unwind comfortably with legs stretched out and supported by soft backrests. Overall, my experience was marvellous. The only small drawback was that I couldn’t find a charging outlet near my seating area. The staff were efficient and courteous throughout our visit. I would definitely love to come here again.

Probably the best Dean & DeLuca branch, tucked away from the crowds and main street of Daikanyama. The drinks and food are good, and the place is quite spacious, with several seats available on the terrace. It has a very nice and quiet atmosphere—great for getting some work done.

Very good location and atmosphere. WiFi and charging spots to work. It’s part of the music university in a nice campus with garden in a premium part of Tokyo. Closes early, though…

There are tons of Dean and Deluca locations around the world, but this one must be among the loveliest to hang out in. Since it’s located on the Tokyo College of Music campus, it has a distinctly more coffeehouse vibe: very little in the grocery/food gifts department, but tons of comfy seating including an almost bed-like banquette that runs along the right hand wall where you can take off your shoes, sit and relax. The menu is your standard D&D fare, but not in a bad way. Definitely recommend going here on a walk up to Daikanyama or down to Nakameguro!

The menu encourages you to use glass or mugs instead of single-use plastic. But even if you point to it and ask for it, they give you plastic
