Dad's ramen 夢にでてきた中華そばDad's Ramen Yume Nidetekita Chuka Soba
We are an additive-free ramen shop, kind to the body and looking to the future, layering dashi from various natural ingredients including top-grade niboshi, with no chemical seasonings. A ramen developed after my late dad appeared in a dream, a ramen that uses no salt or soy sauce at all and extracts only the umami and saltiness of natural ingredients, a ramen using our signature homemade oil, and more. We make every item on the menu with all our heart every day. We aim to be a shop loved for many years by the people of the neighborhood and by ramen-loving customers who come from far away.

I had my last meal in Tokyo here, and it was my favorite one. I ordered the Dad's Ramen main dish and everything was delicious. The noodles were cooked perfectly and were very tasty; the broth was amazing, with the sardine taste being perfectly balanced, and the meat was also delicious. The staff was lovely; I couldn't speak Japanese, but they helped me. If a restaurant like this was in Paris, it would definitely be the best ramen place in the city! Thank you for making my last meal in Japan such a nice experience!
View on GoogleI absolutely love the Ramen here! Make sure you try the Aburasoba too! All of the googles are hidden underneath the noodles! At 1000yen with some A5 wagyu in there, it is a total bargain!
View on GoogleIt was delicious. But I couldn't chew the roast beef. It is tight for people with weak jaws. I thought it would be nice if they cut it into bite-sized pieces.
View on GoogleI like the texture of the noodle, the niboshi soup was also full of savory, but the pork is too salty which unfortunately breaks the balance of such a good bowl of noodle. The service is superb, I hope they can open in Sat or Sun as well.
View on GoogleNice aritisan ramen made with local ingredients although quite pricey (1500 jpy for their signature bowl). Soup had a very aromatic, fishy taste but was too salty.
