Cash only warning. Chinese restaurant right by Midorigaoka Station. It was busy on a weekday despite the location in Midorigaoka. I ordered the lunch course ¥4200. 3 types of appetizers: char siu, jellyfish, century egg tofu. All delicious! Drinks go down well. Smoked chicken, the skin is crispy and delicious, the more you chew the more umami you feel. Squid and yellow chives, the aroma is good! My favorite. Stir-fried beef. Plain ramen. The ramen soup is properly delicious! Very satisfied! Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleAn advanced version of a town Chinese restaurant?! It's a Chinese restaurant without MSG. The taste is delicious! It seems to be almost family-run. There are 7-8 counter seats and a few table seats. It's just that, perhaps because the tableware is incomplete, at the same table the tableware, especially the rice bowls, were of several types and not uniform. The cleanliness of the toilets etc. was well maintained!
View on GoogleI used it on the recommendation of a friend, but it seems that for dinner time you have to make a reservation or go early or it will be full. It seems they have been operating for a long time with a commitment to using organic ingredients and seasonings. The taste was very gentle. The landlady (mama-san) who served us was also friendly. Since it was my first time, I ordered a la carte, but it seems that dinner courses start from 3900 yen, and lunch, while reasonable, has authentic cuisine. It's a restaurant I'd like to visit again.

So, for those accustomed to ordinary Chinese food, it will probably feel very lacking! But, if you savor it slowly, the taste of each ingredient will be felt on various parts of the tongue. The human body is amazing, I feel it... The mama-san's personality is also wonderful. 202112
View on GoogleFor the daily lunch, I had the pork and eggplant miso stir-fry set. A little spicy but sweet and mellow. Rice goes down well. It's hearty but has a gentle taste. I heard the noodles are also delicious so I want to try them next time.
