Ceylon Inn
Spicy coconut-based curries & arrack rum cocktails at an enduring venue with ornate wood furniture.
Founded in 1991. Operating in Nakameguro for over 30 years, it is the oldest Sri Lankan restaurant in Tokyo. Sri Lankan cuisine uses various spices and herbs that are good for the body and is healthy because it uses little oil. It is also Ayurvedic food. Featured many times on TV, in magazines, and elsewhere, the restaurant is popular with Sri Lankans and foreigners for its locally authentic dishes. Also patronized by the Sri Lankan Embassy. We serve authentic Sri Lankan food at reasonable prices.

Beautiful Srilankan store with authentic food and great service. We tried the lunch set and chicken curry parota and both were delicious. The curry flavors are so deep and nice. Every dish tasted different and the variety was delectable. Food price to proportion is accurate and you will find it reasonably priced. Must visit.
View on GoogleFound this place in google maps as one of the nearest places from Shinjuku for Sri Lankan food. Wanted to have a cheese kottu, we bought a chicken cheese kottu, a cheese kottu, mango lassi and a beer. Cheese kottu was not what i expected. It was spicy but definitely not an authentic cheese kottu. But as an average both the kottus were good. The mango lassi was a 10/10. The atmosphere is very nice, traditional looking and quite a cozy place. And the service was excellent. In my opinion, they just need to improve on the dishes.
View on GoogleQuaint Sri Lankan restaurant. Good lunch set. Recommend the multi-curry rice place to try a bunch of different things. Service was kind and quick. Flavors were good, but like most South Asian restaurants, the spice level is toned down for Japanese tastes. Also the rice was long-grain and slightly sticky. Would have preferred basmati.
View on GoogleBeautifully decorated Sri Lankan restaurant located less than 5 minutes from the station. The restaurant is small so I recommend making a reservation in advance. Staff was accommodating and made the dishes vegetarian for my friend and I. Everything was delicious. Would definitely come back!
View on GoogleWe enjoyed a variety of authentic and delicious Sri Lankan food. We ordered by the pictures in the menu and all was great. The staff is very warm-hearted and professional at the same time. It felt very cozy and we will definitely go there again to savor the rest of their exciting menu. They also have the local specialty dessert made from the fruit/flower (not sure) of a palm tree with cardamon flavor.
