Visited at opening time on a weekday. A restaurant with high ceilings and glass walls and a pleasant atmosphere. It's inside a building of the Institute of Science Tokyo, but perhaps because of the price range, I don't think there were any student-looking people. There's a private room for about 10 people. What seemed to be the weekday-only (cheaper) lunch menu: crab cream croquette and omurice with américaine (shrimp stock) sauce 1100 Drink bar 500 Citrus Basque cheesecake 850 If you want to add salad, +330 For a weekday lunch the price is so-so, but the taste was good. I felt the Basque cheesecake didn't need to be citrus.. It would have been even better if there were a dessert you could add to lunch, even one about half the size. The drink bar had sparkling wine; if I hadn't been driving, I'd have wanted to drink some (lol) Cold drinks were just about 2 kinds of juice, iced tea, and iced coffee, but there was a huge selection of teas including herbal teas (maybe around 12–15 kinds?), which I enjoyed. They're from a maker called amsu tea. Out of curiosity I checked the maker's website and luckily found one I'd come across at another restaurant before, had wanted to drink again, but couldn't find. I took off stars: -1 for the price, and -1 because the staff member who brought the dessert had a slightly condescending attitude that bothered me.

Sirloin steak omurice with a mini salad as a set. For some reason, eating the demi-glace sauce after the sirloin steak makes it taste sour. It's the opposite of salted watermelon — maybe they're creating a synergy in the wrong direction. The omurice and the sirloin steak are each tasty on their own. The mini salad is small for the price (330 yen), with no sense of value at all. I didn't order it this time, but I think the 500 yen drink bar is expensive too. Calm, older staff served us. Nothing good, nothing bad. It was weekday lunchtime on a university campus, but there seemed to be almost no students. The prices are somewhat high and the portions are small to average, so it's not the kind of place students would casually drop by. In turn, the atmosphere was calm.

<Yokohama's all-day dining blue terminal opens its first Tokyo location as a Western-style restaurant! The full morning menu in an open space is a must-eat!!> I dropped by “blue terminal the restaurant (Blue Terminal The Restaurant)”! ================ ▼Serious review below▼ First visit! It's an all-day dining spot you can enjoy from morning to night, so the menu's character changes depending on the time of day!☺️ Plus, they're particular about every single thing, from the ingredients to the alcohol, and everything is so well stocked that once you go, you'll want to come back at a different time too! My second time here for a weekday lunch. A restaurant with a nice atmosphere where you can eat calmly. Lunch comes with soup and salad. The salad is a hearty plate with lots of variety, including unusual vegetables. Last time I had the steak, but this time I had the seafood curry with shrimp, scallops, and mussels. The curry roux is black, maybe because it contains squid ink, but it was rich and all the seafood was delicious. The white fish in particular was fluffy and delicious. I want to eat this fish again.

Everything was made with such care and it was so delicious! The pancakes were crispy and fragrant on the outside, and the inside was a dorayaki-like batter that soaked up lots of syrup and got all juicy—they were still delicious even after cooling down. The best. The fried egg was runny, the Spam was the best I've ever had, and the salad leaves had a deep flavor with a nicely fragrant dressing that still tasted great even mixed with the syrup—amazing. Even the Darjeeling was delicious, and I sipped it slowly to savor it. It took a little while for the food to come out, but it was worth it for how good it was. I was lucky enough to be seated by the window, so I could see the blue sky and the plum blossoms in front of the station—a lovely location. The cherry blossoms in front of the shop must be beautiful in spring.
