Whaaaaat is Zetteria??? Not Lotteria? I tried it anyway (period) 😆

First visit since renewing from Lotteria. I enjoyed the exquisite beef burger using the limited-time weekday lunch potato M→L size up. Compared to competitors... I cannot deny the "ordinary feeling" that is inevitably lacking🥲

The toy that comes with the child's set was not included. I thought they would deliver it, but they insisted that they couldn't deliver it and only offered a refund. I asked for the item, not a refund, but they wouldn't listen. Despite the shop's mistake, there was no apology when I spoke on the phone.. tears

It was incredibly delicious. Best location in front of the station. The staff's smiles were also good.

I visited because it changed from Lotteria to Zetteria. The layout inside the shop basically hasn't changed, but now it's possible to order and pay at an unmanned register. When waiting for items, you can now know the order on an electronic bulletin board, which I think is better than before. The menu has changed a little from Lotteria, but I think the products that used to be standard still remain. The app needs to be reinstalled.
