The best thing about this Wendy's is, it had lots of chairs and there is always space even when it's crowded. It also has a dedicated room for smoking. The self checkout display terminal is multi lingual and has English. It's not as cheap as McDonald's but it's very filling after you finished eating.

I never noticed this place and normally would condone making your own burgers of any kind as it always tastes better but these budget-priced burgers and literally less than 5 mins from Machida station made this stop off a must for me when traveling in Japan. While only going here once I was convinced the place was called first burger and could not find it upon looking it up It is first kitchen and I must recommend this place! Truly some of the best chicken burgers I have tasted and I'm looking forward to trying everything else on the menu in future <3

We really enjoy eating here...it's similar enough to the American Wendy's but they do have several Japanese style burgers and meals. The restaurant is always clean when we go and they receptive to mayonnaise allergies as well.

If you just so happen to walk by and wonder why it’s nearly empty during peak lunch hour, wonder no more! Burger was old, dry and cheese had that look of been sitting for more than a few minutes. Kinda hard and dried up around the edges Fries were barely warm. Not to mention they charge top dollar for that trash. Keep walking! TGIF and McDonalds both 30 seconds away. My last visit for sure!

Service is customers using kiosk, picking up food... Yes it's a Wendy's menu (sort of)...plus other. Food is ok and good when you need that. ... No atmosphere.
