Yakitori restaurant

A yakitori shop along Machida Kaido in Aihara that operates mainly for takeout. Grilled over charcoal with our homemade yakitori sauce—enjoy the savory aroma. We also recommend our handmade oven-baked pizza with carefully made dough, and our spice chicken curry made with 18 kinds of spices♪ We have a few tables in front of the shop, so you can also eat on the spot. We also sell bento at lunchtime, so please stop by. If you call us, we can have yakitori ready for your time, and you can also order hors d'oeuvres and bento. We also set up stalls at festivals and events, so if you'd like us to set up a stall, please contact…

I got curious from Instagram and Google reviews and dropped in without a reservation around 4 p.m. on a Wednesday. It happened to be a quiet time, so my daughter and I each ordered the skewers we were curious about, plus 200g of karaage, and waited a few dozen minutes. The smell of charcoal and the sound of karaage frying made it a happy time. It was takeout, so we couldn't wait and snacked in the car. (Salt) liver, gizzard, skin, cartilage, seseri, pork shiro (Sauce) negima, seseri, pork shiro, I think? The sauce is the thin, runny type with modest sweetness. The more you chew, the better it gets. Every skewer was carefully skewered, and the seseri and gizzard were satisfying to eat! The liver was the melty type and paired with the charcoal it was delicious. The chicken skin will hook anyone who likes it on the softer side. The salt seasoning is solid, which seems great for the hot season coming up ✨ It'd go well with white rice too! What my daughter liked was the karaage. 200g was about 5 large and medium pieces, I think? The ginger really came through, the coating was crispy and the meat juicy & tender—she seemed to love it. (By the time we got home there was only 1 piece left lol) Apparently it gets crowded on weekends (1-hour waits are common), so they recommended reserving by phone ☎ Thank you for the meal 😋

[Authentic charcoal-grilled yakitori. The sauce is the delicious thin type too, so you can make a tasty yakitori rice bowl at home.] The skewers were shaped like those at a good yakitori shop, so I felt reassured even before eating. The grilling was careful, with close attention paid to each skewer, and the finished yakitori was refined. Every skewer is high-level and delicious, but the recommended white liver skewer is tender and rich—a true gem, as expected. I've heard the flavor changes depending on the charcoal used, and the aroma was good too, so I think they use good charcoal. I felt this was carefully crafted yakitori, a completely different thing from takeout yakitori at supermarkets or butcher shops. They also had yakitori bento, and that yakitori stayed tender even after some time.

It's not very noticeable but seemed like a nice shop, so I made a detour today! All with sauce: pork belly, bonjiri, skin, pork shiro, negima—all perfectly delicious, really good. Prices go up year by year, but I guess it can't be helped? I'm sure I'll end up going again!
