I love this little restaurant, we go there often. The food is very good. I went there recently for fathers day and was very happy with my meal, especially the mushroom sauce, it was excellent.

A little restaurant in town, in 木曽西, 町田市. It's actually an onigiri cafe created by a rice farmer. Onigiri🍙.... the rice really is delicious, so they're fantastic❢❢ At this time of year (summer), the shaved ice🍧 (from 13時30分〜) is recommended too.

I was amazed by how genuinely delicious the onigiri were!! Everyone in the family couldn't help widening their eyes. When I heard the owner was a rice farmer, it made sense. I'd been thinking, “You can make onigiri at home,” but these were completely different. Sorry, haha. These were onigiri where you could feel the deliciousness of the rice, the way they were shaped, and even their warmth. Of course the flavor is fantastic, but even more than that, the people at the restaurant have such wonderful personalities!! To think someone like this is here!!! I wish I'd realized sooner, haha. It's like a place full of positive energy; even now, while writing this, I want to go again. Like going to a hair salon for a change of mood, we'll casually drop by again as a family!

I came for lunch. I ordered しゃけ and 和牛しぐれ, and the quality of the rice really stood out. Apparently, even the seaweed used for the onigiri is specially roasted for the restaurant by a seaweed wholesaler, and it was very delicious. You can tell they're particular about their ingredients. Takeout is available too, which is convenient.

Lately I've been going around trying onigiri from all sorts of places, and this one was a real hit!! The rice, fillings, and seaweed were all solid! The salmon was by far the standout! You could really taste the salmon's flavor without it being masked by salt, and it came in soft, substantial chunks. The ume was to my taste too, and I think I could get hooked. If it were nearby, I'd want to go every day... I'll be back.
