Located in Nozuta-machi, Machida City. It is a famous shop known only to those in the know. True to its name as farmer's cuisine, it is a shop where you can enjoy a course meal made entirely of vegetables and fruits. 1... Konnyaku with sesame sauce It was a very gentle taste. And perhaps because the konnyaku was cooked well, rather than having a chewy texture, it was closer to the texture of eating warabimochi, and it was soft enough to be easily chewed. 2... Eggplant and green pepper with white miso sauce Green peppers and eggplants are delicious. The green peppers and eggplants really have the original taste of green peppers and eggplants, and the vegetables are top-class. I also learned that by using white miso, it becomes elegant and the taste becomes smooth. 3... Honzen 3 (1)... Shishito and udo tempura with Nanko plum and cherry blossom powder The use of cherry blossom powder had a big impact. Although faint, I was able to enjoy the scent of cherry blossoms. Don't worry, the shishito wasn't spicy. The Nanko plum was sweet, not the sour kind. 3 (2)... A small bowl of tofu and sansho mixed into an okara-like state? I was shocked that tofu was mixed with sansho. I hadn't thought of that, but it was delicious. It was good that the tofu had a spicy accent. The scent of sansho was also very effective. 3 (3)... Stewed potatoes and fried tofu. The potatoes were fluffy and very delicious. 3 (4)... Clear soup It was a clear soup with lots of vegetables. The taste was very gentle and very easy to drink. The vegetables included are shiitake mushrooms, carrots, daikon radish, konnyaku, udo, spinach, and burdock root. Refills are free. Please try it. 3 (5)... White rice The main dish of Honzen. Rice cooked with firewood and a stove, it was delicious rice even without anything on it. Because it is cooked in a pot, it is fluffy, soft, and sweet rice. Rice alone is fine. This is also free to refill. 4... Dessert I'm sorry I forgot to take a picture, but today it was a mix of red melon and red bean paste. The melon is not in season, but it was delicious. Today, maybe because the timing was good, I was able to talk a lot with the owner. He is a very good talker and a nice person. Maybe because he likes traveling or is an active person, he talks about places that were good all over the country. Finally, reservations are essential. Especially on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, it is very crowded. Access If you are coming from Keio Tama Center Station, Odakyu Tama Center Station, or Tama Toshi Monorail Tama Center Station, use the Kanagawa Chuo Kotsu bus bound for Tsurukawa Station and get off at Gotanda bus stop, then walk for 12 minutes. If you are coming from Tsurukawa Station, Fuchinobe Station, or Machida Station, use the bus bound for Tsurukawa Station or Nozuta Garage and get off at Fukurobashi bus stop, then walk for 4 minutes. If you are coming by car, on Kamakura Kaido, turn onto Shibamizo Kaido at the Shin-Fukurobashi intersection (target: Katsuya) near Machida, and there is a 7-Eleven next to Katsuya. There is a side road that enters diagonally opposite that 7-Eleven. Enter that side road, turn left immediately, and go up, and you will find a folk-style building with a green roof at the right curve. That is Takamiya-san. There is a parking lot that can hold 4-5 cars.
View on GoogleFarmer's cuisine located about 15 minutes by bus from Odakyu Line Tsurukawa Station. The dishes devised by a former architect president who has experience studying in Italy are expressed (cooked) by his son. Of course, it is centered on vegetables and seems to be healthy. You can eat delicious seasonal vegetables, mainly local ones. For vegetable dishes, the price was set high, and in terms of taste, it was a pity that it did not go beyond the realm of home cooking. The seasonal takikomi rice cooked in a pot (this time it was chestnut rice) was delicious. The balance of taste, price, and volume was not quite right and it was disappointing.
View on GoogleA shop I often see when walking and was curious about. It happened that the owner was there and when I asked, he answered friendly. "We grow vegetables on the slope in front, harvest them, and serve them. Look, like the Ashitaba over there. Now bamboo shoots are growing rapidly from the back, so those are also delicious." It seems there was a meeting for TV coverage that day, so I am grateful that they responded even though they didn't have time. During the day, you can enter if there are empty seats, but reservations are recommended so you won't be disappointed if you come but can't enter. At night, it seems you need 4 or more people. I plan to go soon ^ ^ This was a review from someone who has never eaten it... I will edit it again after I eat it!
View on GoogleThere is an intention for shojin ryori (Buddhist vegetarian cuisine), but each dish is very small, and while it's good that there is no unnecessary cooking, the seasoning and ingredients are ordinary. 2000 yen lunch set, won't be back.
View on GoogleThe food is really to my taste. I recommend the course with smoked food, but you need to have time. Since the owner was doing it alone, I arrived at 11:30 and ate very slowly until 13:30. (Laughs) The son was out training.
