Subarashii, Excellent Sushi and the owner is very nice person.

Visited around lunchtime on Saturday. There were 2 of us, so we were shown to the counter and ordered from the menu. I ordered 海鮮丼. It arrived in around 10 minutes. Tasty. It comes with a salad too, so the price is reasonable. Though the ratio of rice to toppings seemed off. I would like to try the nigiri next time.

I had the premium nigiri lunch (the photo shows only part of it). I ordered extra nigiri too, but they are served in pairs rather than individually. Prices are only a little above conveyor-belt sushi, so it feels like good value. There is a TV inside, and the owner chats with you in a friendly way, making the atmosphere relaxed and comfortable. Prices are reasonable overall, and it is very satisfying for a neighborhood meal. Since the owner runs everything alone, I recommend lunch.

I was stressed from dieting and could not go home because of work. As I was about to go to a convenience store for dinner, I spotted a takeaway sign at a place I had been curious about for a while and went in. Some tough-looking guys were drinking in the tatami area, and the owner was nowhere to be seen. One of the tough-looking guys called out, “Boss! You have a customer!” That contrast was adorable (haha). The owner was easygoing and understood the situation, and I took home the top-grade nigiri. It was so cheap I was a little taken aback. When I started eating it in front of my PC… what?! Delicious 💦 Is this price really okay?! I checked their website, and the price was the same for dining in… I will be coming back, including to treat my subordinates!

I visited because it had a reputation for being delicious in the neighborhood. The prices were so affordable that I wondered whether the menu was wrong, yet the food was very good. The area behind the counter looked clean, and I liked the owner's service and conversation. I would like to visit again.
