あらかるとSumiyaki Hamburg a la carte
Cozy, rustic restaurant offering grilled burgers & classic seafood dishes, plus dessert.
It is a hidden restaurant located in the suburbs of Machida. We opened the Western restaurant "A la carte" in Koenji in 1975, and opened it as a restaurant mainly for charcoal-grilled hamburger steak in Tadao, Machida City, where it is now, in 1991. Every day, the chef carefully removes the meat tendons by hand, and we serve 100% domestic beef charcoal-grilled hamburger steak made without binders. Please enjoy the piping hot hamburger steak with a faint charcoal scent with your favorite sauce.

One of the most delicious Hamburg steak we have ever had in Japan. The interior of the restaurant is also unique, though it is not too large.

View on GoogleThe hamburger was good, no English menu though(I wasn't given one or seen one). One meal came well before the other 3 and I seen 2 other tables served food before us. We were first into the restaurant perhaps the others ordered quicker I can't say for sure. We visited Sunday lunch time and the restaurant was full.
View on GoogleIt was very crowded, but they have taken measures to prevent the spread of corona, and most importantly, the prices are reasonable. The hamburgers are freshly made and delicious, and the desserts are reasonable. If you don't mind waiting, I highly recommend it.
View on GoogleI went because it was popular locally. Saturday dinner time. Arrived at 17:00 with 2 people. The parking lot is at the back of the shop. There are plenty of hamburger and set menus. A la carte is small. 100% beef hamburger. This depends on preference. It's dense and dry. You can choose the type of sauce. The side dish is Chinese stir-fry of daikon and Chinese cabbage? It's rare. I ordered the fried shrimp separately. It might be a shop for those who are looking for a hamburger with a strong beef assertion rather than those who are looking for a fluffy and juicy hamburger.
